Insufficient Margin / Cash Shortfall

Available margin in Zerodha account is lower than the requirement (~₹33,000 for 30 Qty Deep ITM Options or ~₹1,96,261 for Bank Nifty Futures).
Pre-order margin gate calculates live cushion before placement. If shortfall detected, order is blocked immediately to prevent RMS penalties. Instant Telegram alert dispatched.
1. Open Kite App or visit Console > Funds.
2. Ensure sufficient margin buffer above the required lot margin.
3. Click 'Sync Account' in TradeOps dashboard to update balance.

Kite Access Token Expired / Invalid

Zerodha invalidates all OAuth access tokens daily around 6:00 AM IST. Orders cannot be routed with an expired token.
Automated TOTP refresh daemon runs every morning at 7:30 AM IST to generate a new valid access token for the day. Heartbeat verifies profile HTTP 200 before market open.
1. Click 'Refresh Token' in the TradeOps top workflow header.
2. Or verify credentials in config if password/TOTP secret was changed.
Daily automated TOTP refresh handles 100% of morning logins without manual intervention.
Partial Order Fill (Exchange Liquidity)

Exchange matched only a subset of requested lots (e.g. 15 out of 30 Qty) due to sudden order book spread gap.
verifyOrderFilled() inspects 'filled_quantity'. The bot automatically resizes Stop Loss and exit triggers to match the exact filled quantity, preventing over-hedging.
No manual action needed. The bot manages the filled position size and logs the audit event.
Orders are submitted as MARKET orders in liquid front-month Bank Nifty Futures where full fills occur within 150ms.
Broker RMS Rejection / Circuit Freeze

Bot captures exact rejection text, retries once after 2s. If rejected again, triggers circuit breaker stopTradingForDay() and prevents repeated error loops.

2. Do not force manual orders until exchange trading resumes.
Stop-loss logic runs independently on local candle stream so capital is protected even during broker delays.
